At first, I kind of felt there was a lack of a warm welcome… but let’s start with my scheduling: didn’t go so smooth as there was an error the first time so I went through and did it again. Second time I accidentally scheduled for 10/10 instead of 10/8. So when I went into what I thought was her appointment they let me know it was for 10/10. They sort of seemed crabby. I was worried being we were only in the cities until 10/9… But they were able to get my daughter in the next day luckily! Come the next day, we were running late. I called and they said there was a 10 minute grace period, otherwise we have to reschedule— luckily again, there was an opening not too much later than her original time that they got us in for. My daughter was beyond excited and when we showed up, everything went great actually. We had Tia who took care of my daughter, and she was very kind and patient with my 3 year old. Tia made small talk with her and acknowledged her crazy answers. I think Tia did an awesome job working with my daughter. My daughter was so happy with the final look and got lots of compliments as we went through the mall.

I made the mistake of misscheduling and being late— but it all worked out! Other than feeling as if they were crabby that first day, we 100% loved our first time here! Tia was great. Seeing my daughters excitement and smiles makes it totally worth it. It was a fun little experience and I hope we are able to stop by again the next time we are in town! :)“

“My loving and generous Mom gave me two gift cards so that I could get a very much needed pedicure and referred me to Jackie. This was was first visit to Vincent Salon. The salon is so elegant but comfortable and I had the best pedicure with Jackie. She was so delightfully sweet and did an amazing job. I love the products she used and the frosty pink color on my toes is my new favorite. I will be returning and highly recommend.“

I had a facial done by Abby, and she was absolutely wonderful! She’s super sweet, kind, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire appointment. My skin felt great afterward, and she clearly cares about her clients.

The only small downside was that the surface I laid on wasn’t very comfortable, it made my back ache a bit. Other than that, everything about the experience with Abby herself was fantastic. I’d definitely come back to see her again!“
