Faye was kind and pleasant with each one of them (extra patient with the youngest, who just turned 4 and is not one to sit idle for long). Faye definitely values providing good customer service. “I decided that I didn't want to continue dying my hair to cover my gray, I will be 64 in July and I'm blessed and thankful to have gotten to this stage in my life. So I just want to embrace it, I came in with only a photo and explanation of what I wanted to do. Christina added some silver highlights to blend in with my natural gray throughout my whole head just like the photo. And I absolutely love it, it looks so natural and right on point. “I got there at 1pm, they washed my hair for free and two ladies worked on my hair interchangeably even when they had other clients. They finished at 8pm and they were nice enough to provide a ride for me when i didnt have one, so i felt welcomed and safe while in the shop.“
