Faye was kind and pleasant with each one of them (extra patient with the youngest, who just turned 4 and is not one to sit idle for long). Faye definitely values providing good customer service. The resulting cuts were phenomenal - hands down the best haircuts these boys have had. We've already scheduled our next appointment and are very happy to have found a good salon and stylist that we are comfortable building future rapport with, as a family.“

She helped me transition from medium length to short hair which is a big transition and huge commitment as anyone with curly hair knows since our hair grows sooooo slow. Thanks to Terra I have enjoyed my hair every step of the way. My hair is currently very short and I love it! Terra has found a way to highlight my curls while also keeping it short and feminine. Her product recommendations have also been helpful in creating the style I want. I always enjoy chatting with Terra, but have recently adopted a "quiet haircut" which I highly recommend. We usually catch up for a few minutes and then I read while Terra cuts my hair. It's so lovely to just relax, read, get my haircut, and enjoy Terra's beautiful space.“
