Tried to get repair service for my geothermal system for about 4 months and had to call again every week to get an update on the schedule. Whenever I’d call to ask about when they could take a look at my system, they were always super busy somehow and told me to call again in a few days. I finally get a date they would come out when I happened to be out of town. I was never contacted about issues, scheduling, or anything. I come home the next week to find they never showed up and did the repair. I will be permanently taking my business elsewhere with an all new system that anyone can work on. Worst customer service and business organization I’ve ever seen.

Well my furnace was acting up (bad inducer) and these guys were the first ones I called because they had a nice looking ad in the yellow pages. During the initial call all seemed well, with them stating they were on the opposite side of the county that day so they wouldn't be able to help me that day (Friday) and wouldn't be able to until Monday due to the weekend. Luckily the inducer was still working but struggling to, if it had not been I would have had no heat for 3 days when its below 0F. I also explained that I also work Monday and Tuesday and wouldn't be around until after 7 PM. He got my furnace's model number and said he would get back to... read full review

Sooo pleased with not only the spray foam in my new cabin but also with the Heat Pump they installed ...they are installing a updated heat pump which goes to 20 below 0....and for a small 14/14 area maybe runs 15.00 per month.
