This place is really great, I had shannon for dentist and her assistance to get 3 cavities filled and a crown, they were very efficient and very concerning about their patient. love going to them. Thank You!
I have had major dental trauma in my past and only ever had success with a family member that was my dentist. After he retired I was forced to find a new place to go. I have had excellent experiences with Dr. Dale. He helped find frugal options for a (existing) crown problem and was sensitive to the issues I have experienced in the past. My hygienist is lovely and very good at her job. She is kind and gentle and pretty great to talk to as well! Highly recommend!
The staff and the Dentist I seen was actually great in fact the staff went above and beyond when I was there helping me look at better dental insurance or extra dental coverage. In fact, I sent an email today asking how I can transfer my records to another dentist, and they accepted the email as a request and sent my records and emailed me back right away to save me time from going into their office! The only issue I had here was the expense I would have loved to get the work done but it was 2-3 thousand higher than what I was told at my new dentist. With that said the main issue is Insurance Dental insurance is a joke even though we pay for it the coverage is minimal. I could have done Care Credit but the interest rates on those can be insane I used it once for my pet's emergency surgery. If you have great insurance and can afford the extra money these guys are great sadly not all of us can more so when you live alone and pay your own way. I definitely would recommend to other friends I know that have amazing insurance and the extra funds to spend.
