On 2 seperate days Dr. Carlson worked me in same day because I had been having a mouth ache that kept getting worse. He was very thorough, and all the nurses (Amy is my favorite!) were so nice and helpful too. 10/10, will be going to this place for as long as I can in the future.

The team at Northwest Family dental center treated me so well! I was having a terrible toothache and sent an inquiry for an appointment. I had a call within 30 minutes and an appointment 2 hours later. I haven’t been to the dentist in years and was very nervous. Dr. Eric Carlson and Cindy took such good care of me and we’re so kind. I needed a root canal and was scared. They talked me through everything, Kelly at the front walked me through finances and I ended up getting the root canal done that afternoon. Dr. Carlson and his team are fabulous! I’d love to give them 10 stars! They are all so knowledgeable and personable, and wonderful with kids. If there is an issue, Dr. Carlson is so clear and intentional in communicating what is going on, why he recommends a particular treatment, and what that treatment will entail. He’s very respectful and helps set any nerves at ease.
