Dr. Chang helped me work through years of scar tissue build-up in my neck after being rear-ended years ago. I was so uncomfortable I hated driving and flying, and dreaded going to bed as I constantly tossed and turned to get comfortable. They have a changing room and give you a locker for your things and then sandals and a robe to wear.2. I like firm pressure for a massage. I feel like most people are scared to press on a pregnant women so my massages never feel amazing their always meh. BUT SPAVIA gave me exactly what I asked. This was the most relaxing massage I’ve had in my life and Elle was amazing.3. Most pregnancy massages I’ve had you lay on your side while they massage you. spavia has a pillow that you lay in so you can be on your belly it felt absolutely wonderful.
