Had a facial today at this location, and I am not impressed at all. First of all, my facial time was cut short. I looked at the clock when I entered into the room to check the time on purpose, and it was 12:53. My facial was done at 1:41. Hand massage was a joke. She just put cream on my hands, and that's it. Face massage lasted 1 minute. Now I see why my facial ended so quickly. I don't understand people who are trying to cut corners at their job, especially when their paycheck rely entirely on clients and product sales. People buy from people they know, like, and trust. Paula Is amazing at what she does! She was very knowledgeable and had nothing but great advice and insight to help me improve my muscle pains. Compared to other locations this was a much more pleasurable experience!

I have been coming to this location for massages and, more recently, facials and I've always had a great experience and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The extra protocols to stay as safe as possible from Covid-19 are not overbearing on my appointments. Today, I finished my facial and got in my car and realized two very important rings of mine were missing. I was able to call them back and they found them for me! Above and beyond! So pleased with their services and commitment to their clients.
