I saw Susan for a 90-minute full body massage. She was amazing. I’ve been getting massages pretty regularly for 10 years now, at 7 different locations. I’ve probably had 50 different massage therapists, and I only need one hand to count the amazing ones, and I always remember their name even years later. Susan just made the top of that list. I’ve never had a 90 minute massage that actually felt like it was way longer than 90 minutes and she addressed areas that none of the other therapist ever did, which is super weird that out of 50 therapists she was the most thorough and that’s why I’m leaving this review.

Need to preface that the initial experience here did not go well. Booked a back facial with Shellie and she didn’t even do extractions? The bed was cold. The wait was 30 mins long. I was disappointed. However, after expressing my concerns, the manager, Shay Ribar, was very accommodating and ensured I received the complete service I paid for (which included extractions). I saw Nicole and it was a completely different experience that I would highly, highly recommend.

Ashlynn is the best!! She focused on a problem area that I was having and was able to loosen my back up and help out with my tension headaches! Definitely will be going back to see her!
