She has a remarkable understanding for what areas to focus on to alleviate very specific types of pain, and how to position the body to safely and effectively apply treatment. As an athlete herself I felt she could easily translate what types of issues were bothering me, with little explanation, to an immediately effective treatment. Most importantly, as others have mentioned is the strength and depth of pressure she is able to apply during treatment.

I have never come close to anything like it. It is the perfect combination of talents, culminating in an amazing experience that has genuine therapeutic benefit!
