Upon entering the front door to the completion of my exam I was well taken care of .
Everyone was professional and made sure my experience was a great one.
I was provided with all the information I needed to feel assured about my skin health .
We have had several great experiences here with PA Brooke and Dr. Cohen for myself and my daughter. I am a melanoma survivor, and my daughter has had several different skin issues. Brooke is fabulous at making you feel comfortable, and the nurses are great too! The only reason I won’t give 5 stars is because the younger woman that works at the front desk is rude to me every time I am there. And I am there every 6 months. (Often times more!) I have also witnessed her being rude to other patients as well, which is why I have decided to leave a review.
From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile by the reception staff. My wait was minimal! The medical staff was absolutely amazing. I was told exactly what would happen and given honest and informative insight! My procedure went well and have absolutely no apprehension about future visits!!!❤️
