“We had an urgent need for a new water softener as ours was leaking. Tyler got it ordered as soon as we called! The next week he came to install it and after bringing in the new softener, there was still water on the floor. He traced it back and saw the water HEATER had corrosion inside the tank at the bottom and at the top where the water connection comes in. Now we were looking at replacing the water heater too. Tyler was able to give us a fair price for both the softener as well as the heater and was able to install both right away! Great experience for us from the initial phone call, to Tyler resolving the issues quickly and while at our home.“
