I’ve been a Waste Management customer for over 20 years. They recently gave me a very reasonable price, and the service has always been reliable. I appreciate the consistency and professionalism over the years.
Waste Management provides excellent service and email notification when service will be delayed like for holidays. It may be a slightly pricier than competitors, but I think it's worth it because of its service level. I've NEVER been disappointed over anything, including replacement of a damaged container.
I’ve been with Waste Management for over 35 years. There have been times when I’ve looked around at other haulers, but ultimately stayed with Waste Management, because they were always willing to work with me. Their customer service team is excellent, and our service from their drivers has always been consistent and timely. I also appreciate the fact that I can do yearly service contracts, to keep the price as low as possible, so don’t be afraid to ask for other options, like I said, they’ll work with you!
