Morgan was amazing! I am a senior new to wearing makeup. I was unsure and a little nervous🥴. She helped me find the right products for me, my skin, and my thoughts. Morgan helped me find high-quality products to camouflage the redness and eyebrow hair loss caused by a laser treatment. She is truly exceptional. The entire staff was great, but Morgan’s expertise and product recommendations completely transformed my experience. What had been a frustrating issue that hurt my self-confidence turned into happy relief. I cried because of the beautiful results! I had previously received suggestions from AI, but her knowledge, care, and hands-on guidance surpassed all of them. Truly made my day!

I visited the Ulta Beauty in Rochester today and received the most amazing help from Alexis. She went above and beyond to assist us in finding the YSL mini perfume gift she looked everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE. She didn’t stop looking until she finally found it!!
Alexis was absolutely amazing this woman deserves a raise SERIOUSLY her determination and excellent customer service really makes a difference.
