Reviews
Thatcher's have great customer service! The office staff and crew is professional and knowledgeable. The staff was very helpful in finding the spa that would fit our needs. We highly recommend checking out their showroom.
We didn’t know what we were looking for when we started our search for a hot tub. What we knew we didn’t want was a high pressure sales pitch!
Corey was the perfect NO pressure salesman. Her listened to my concerns about hot tub ownership and listened to the features my wife wanted. We ended up going with a Caldera Salina that day!
The delivery team was prompt and professional and Corey’s help through the setup process was unbelievable! Would recommend this business and Corey to anyone!
