Superior Mechanical and specifically Colton is excellent! We received prompt and clear communication from the moment we called. He even asked to FaceTime me before he left his current job site to come to our home. He wanted to proactively see what was going on with the lift pump switches and alarm. He was very respectful and on top of everything. He resolved the problem within an hour. Highly recommended.
We had the heat exchanger go bad on our furnace. We made a call to Superior and Jeff came out to take a look. That same day there was a schedule opening and Jeff got us in. With in 24 hours of our furnace going down we were up and running again. We also had a heat pump installed, all within 36 hours. Chris the service guy was also top notch, very professional and quality work. Thank Superior!
MY AC went out. Superior Mechanical was the first one my wife and I called. They fit us in the same day. My AC unit needed a really thorough cleaning and three pounds of Freon. Bada-bing, bada-boom, we were all set!
