Staff are always courteous and helpful. My only issue with this location is that they have very dirty walls covered in dirt/lint deposited by the HVAC system. Sometimes this floats down onto the beds. The staff clean the inside of the beds after every use of course. But the owners need to clean the ducts/filters, and for goodness sakes wipe down the walls. I’ve reported this to the staff 3 times over the last 2 months and believe they have passed it on to management, but nothing has been done so reluctantly I am posting about it. See photo. This is from bed 12 but is present in other booths also.

The front desk gals at the north location are ALWAYS incredibly warm and helpful in answering any questions I've had about spray tans and have helped me immensely to have a great experience and NOT look the dreaded orange! ?? Britni gave me a full crash course in the instant machine and promptly fixed an error on my account; excellent customer service here, folks! Love these gals! ♥️
