I requested an estimate for a new roof from several reputable companies and I dealt with Charles.

I was having trouble getting one of my outside doors to lock again after I opened it and then tried to lock it again. The lock would not turn. Charles followed me out to my house and figured out what was wrong. He taught me what I needed to do to successfully lock that door. He never charged me for his efforts. I truly appreciated his help in getting my problem corrected.
