The team is very kind, knowledgeable, and does an awesome job. Conversations and emails are clear, to the point, and polite. The roofing crew are polite, careful, and efficient. The project was completed in a day. Luke came out and explained everything and was open to working with customers to find the best options at a great price point. The project went well, and other than a new roof, you can't tell they were ever there. They are a hard-working company that makes sure customers are happy through every step of the process. Luke spent extra time with customers to figure out how to help their house with ventilation issues. Redemptive Roofing had the right solution, understood the issues, made solid recommendations, and the price was very fair. The area is always cleaned up spotless afterwards. They are efficient and provide very affordable, fairly priced service. They are a reputable contractor that will work on mobile homes and are highly recommended.
Customer service was excellent. The provided brochure listing addresses of their work, by shingle color, was tremendously helpful -- we were uncertain which colors would look good on our house, but we picked out a few, and we went to see them, checking off which colors of shingles we liked, crossing out the colors we did not like. We found a building with the same color of cedar siding as our home, with green shingles... We loved the look! We went with the green shingles, and it looks superb on our house! The team at Redemptive Roofing was wonderful all around. From early communication with Luke, to our project manager, Ryan, to Brenda, the Office Administrator. All were pleasant to work with, understanding of situations that changed some of the plans, and made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process. I highly recommend their work, especially for the price!
Needed immediate attention on my gutters and although they were 2 weeks out scheduling they took care of my issues with in a few days. Actually had someone on site with in the hour to inspect the problem
