love the place, all nice people I went there almost 10 year, they are take time to do their job great. best price in town compare to other place so expensive the same job done in Rochester.

I have been coming to RC Nails ever since 2017 and I have never left feeling disappointed. Kim and her girls are all so friendly and kind and they take their time to make sure your nails look pretty. I also struggle with my big toes where the nail likes to curve in and grows into an ingrown situation which is annoying. Now that I got it fixed I don't have such a hard time and I just keep it maintained. When I go there, I'm offered a soda if it's summer and in the fall and winter months I have gotten hot chocolate to sip on while I'm enjoying my pedicure and the chair massage. Everybody was very nice and the pedicure was fine, but I think that all of their polishes need to be replaced. It looks like they are either crusty and old or have been revamped with more thinners added or something. I didn’t recognize most of the brands, and even several hours later, my polish wasn’t fully dry. No issues with the staff, cleanliness or customer service, but I’m not happy with the products used.
