Of Chris Wilson, all lights are green. This young man is professional, competent, well organized and has a marvelous capability of explaining different features. Very personable and trustworthy. I surely benefitted from his skills and talent, mighty impressive. Thanks a lot. It's been a great day!

Very nice, friendly, gentleman! Very thorough explanation of Pella's windows; how they are made, the different material, styles, and options. Really appreciated the detailed quote for each window! Spent a lot of time with us.

Chris Wilson was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions on replacing a 3 panel lower level window. He even helped with the hinge door on my slider that I have not been able to open. He went above and beyond with that. Very happy with Pella and Chris with this first phase.
