I loved my experience with Dr. Matthew Thompson and staff at OMC sports medicine. Highly competent. Caring. With a little good humor thrown in. My knees feel 40 years younger.
My oldest has been going for several years and my youngest has also started there this past year 3 days a week. They both do Strength and Conditioning and also some individual speed training. I am always impressed with the staff and the way that they care that these kids are improving and learning to do things well. I highly recommend OMC SMAP
