Derek and Caleb were great. They were both professional and got the job done quickly. Everything was explained to me on what they were going to do. I would highly recommend Mr Rooter and these guys. Thanks for a job well done. The main office was awesome also. I explained my situation to them and they got me in within a couple hours.
I arrived home after being on vacation for the weekend to find the waterline to the fridge had ruptured and was spraying water. Had standing water in the kitchen and most of the dining room. Mr. Rooter Plumbing was able to send someone the same day the help us fix the issue, they gave us plenty of options for repairs and didn’t pressure us to just go for the most expensive option. They restore water that night and can back the next day to install a sensor for us so we can remotely shut the water off in the event this happens again. We had dishwasher leak at the beginning. Derek Ken came at the 1st time and contacted a company to do the repair for me. He did not check the dishwasher because it’s expensive and the other company will do it anyway. Derek also checked my other places that may have water leaks. He gave me some suggestions. The second time Derek and Gavin came to replace tub spout and put caulking around bathtub and toilet. They are very nice and professional. The only thing is that this company’s pricing is very high.
