Today was my first time with Nancy, she greeted me with a smile, she speaks very good English it was fun chatting with her during the pedicure Nancy is excellent at what she does loss of attention to detail, she was very patient with me trying to find different shades of pink she tried several different colors on my toes. She even put a pillow behind my back with the manicure.
I had the fake artificial tips put on, she gave those a lot of attention making sure every finger was perfect ?
And feel rushed at all it was very relaxing and fun experience I would highly recommend Nancy and I would definitely ask for her... read full review

I love this place, especially Nancy, she does a fantastic job on my nails. I don't get anxious when the appointment comes closer. During the appointment is soo calming and relaxing. She makes sure that I love every part of my nails.

In my opinion, this is the absolute BEST nail salon in Rochester for manis and pedis. Being a native to Rochester, I have tried many of the nail salons and have not found anything that comes near the quality of Miracle Nails. All of the women are very kind, have great attention to detail, and are meticulous. Their focus is the customer; the customer's comfort, and the quality of the service. They do accept walk-ins, but I generally call ahead of time. They have a small staff and they are locally owned. Depending on the time of day, they can be busy, and I have been there when folks have walked in and had to wait 10 minutes or so. That has never been an issue for... read full review
