Great instructors and excellent environment for learning martial arts! Only good things here. I moved to Rochester from the cities recently, and I am glad I was able to find a place to practice taekwondo.

The Martial Arts Fitness Center offers a wide range of traditional martial arts taught by a variety of instructors. It's a very clean and welcoming environment with plenty of room for any parents that want to stay and watch their kids train. You'd be hard pressed to find more years of total experience under one roof, at least in the local area.
