Multiple appointments were made to ensure the client had the dress of their dreams. She was also very understanding when it came to making a few hard decisions on what the client wanted. The dress fit absolutely perfect, and she is highly recommended. Chef Susanna did such a great job to make the client's dress absolutely perfect. She not only perfected the fit, but she exceeded expectations in making all the custom alterations to fit the client's vision. The studio is very clean, and there is always a friendly face. Chef Susanna is absolutely amazing at what she does. She has great attention to detail and really makes the client feel beautiful. Her work is amazing, and she would be recommended to anyone looking for wedding dress alterations.
I am beyond grateful for the care and kindness that went into altering my wedding dress. From the first fitting, Susanna made me feel completely at ease. I had no idea what even needed to be done but she took her time explaining what each alteration would entail and the process of it. Her talent, patience, and attention to detail were incredible, and she treated my dress so delicately. Every appointment felt calm, reassuring, and even joyful that I could wear my dress for an hour(!!!) Thanks to her, my dress fit perfectly and made me feel beautiful and confident on my wedding day. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
AMAZING! Susanna came recommended from my wedding planner and I am so happy I got to work with her. Setting up the appointments with her was so easy and she was extremely accommodating. I came in with a dress that I wanted to add special straps to and Susanna was able to use extra material from my dress to make my vision come to life! She also helped to clean up my mom's veil so I could wear it on special day. I've already recommended her to a couple friends and will continue to do so.
If you need alterations done come here. There is no one better! Being plus size I was already nervous but Susanna is so respectful, thoughtful, and kind. She is supportive and listens to what you want. On my wedding day I felt GORGEOUS so much of that came from the fact that she did small things here and there in the dress to make it more comfortable like using loops for the sleeves to make them more mobile. She will have you looking amazing I promise she’s worth every nickel!
