I had a really great session with my stylist. She was excellently intuitive and took each of my instructions very well. She was so nice, and I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She was a little older than me and a lot more petite. I've never walked out of a salon feeling so understood.
My stylist did an amazing job evening my postpartum hair. My hair feels so much better! My stylist also did such a great job trying to encourage my 3 year old to get her 1st hair cut. She was so patient, kind and willing to work with my daughter.. it was unsuccessful but at no fault of the stylist.
I visited Great Clips yesterday for a haircut. It was my first time going to Great Clips Rochester, but I've been to other Great Clips salons before and have always had a good experience.
When I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who asked what I was looking for. I told her I wanted a basic haircut, and she directed me to a stylist.
She was very friendly and professional. She asked me what I wanted and listened attentively to my requests. She then washed my hair and gave me a great haircut. She was very precise and took her time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted.
