I have always received excellent hair cuts (although I do have short hair that is somewhat simple) and even better customer service (despite the fact that I consistently change my mind on what exactly I want done with my hair mid way through).

We have gone to great clips for over 20 years. They have done our whole family, my teen children still go there. We trust them, they do a good job. Yes, you need to tell them what you want done, but always have had a good experience. Many of the staff have been there since I have been going. Sure, a few new ones too- but you can wait for a particular stylist if you prefer them to cut your hair.
Check in o line is simple, easy and a HUGE time saver- highly recommend it. No more waiting inside.
