Thankfully I found Dani’s on Facebook. I had no idea where to go for my fireplace needs. Within minutes of taking it apart, the problem was found. Zach was very efficient and professional. The part had to be ordered but there was no pressure to purchase a new fireplace. On his way out he noticed my doorknob was broke and immediately tightened it.( I hate to admit I had no idea how to fix it). I hope he will be back soon with the part needed. I would highly recommend Dano’s Chimney Sweep.
We just had some custom work done to replace a refractory panel that no one in Rochester was able to do except Dano's. The job was done to perfection. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the office staff.
Thank you Dano’s Chimney Sweep for coming and red tagging my fireplace before my house burnt down. Recap is, I had parts to be replaced on my Heat-n-Glow fireplace. Called Energy Products in Rochester. They could order the parts but recommended I do an inspection and chimney cleaning before ordering parts to verify all else was good. They gave me 2 companies. I called these guys. They were over a month out but I waited. I meet Kyle at my house on my break. He had been here 15 minutes at that point and had done a quick overview and cleaning at that point. I explained to home the reason I called him and he let me know it all looks good and he would fix it up. Planned on ordering parts after work then. Went back to finish delivering prairie stops, luckily I was still close to home because wasn’t long and Kyle called asked if I could stop back. Should me the when he was doing a deep cleaning/inspection he found rust, a few spots all the way through. Lesson here is even when all looks good on the surface, still have a “PROFESSIONAL” do an inspection every so often. It will save you down the road. Thanks for saving my house Kyle with Dano’s.
