I am generally happy with this Cost Cutters store, in Walmart North, Rochester, MN....BUT I had an experience that I just cannot ignore it! I am a male of 50 yr old with pretty short men-style hair (sides/back #2), went to have an adult haircut on Thursday evening and had my hair cut, may be in 3 to 4 min (!) okay, no problem. The barber was a young lady, and after haircut she asked me if I'm happy; I was kind of not sure, so said "I think it is okay, smiling, let see what my wife says". Paid not only the cost (~$19 I guess) + $4 as tip...So came home and saw it is too square sides. I stopped in for a quick cut and they were able to squeeze me in right away. I was In a hurry to get to a meeting. Tina was fantastic. It was great conversation and a awesome hair cut. Thanks for getting me in. I recommend this place for a good hair cut. Fallow me for more great reviews as I travel America.
