I’ve been getting tox and filler for the last 10+ years. Today was my first time at Chapter and I had thee best experience. Jaide was thoughtful, knowledgeable and kind. She made my appointment fun and comfy. Their membership program made everything more affordable than I expected. I will definitely be back.
Monique was wonderful! She took the time to explain each step of the process in detail and made sure to answer all of my questions during the skin evaluation. The space itself is beautiful, and the staff were warm and welcoming.
Monique’s technique and precision is unmatched and she is soo beyond talented at what she does and recommends! Tori and Vanessa are so kind and welcoming out front, the customer service is truly unmatched and I always look forward to going in! Cannot recommend the Rochester Chapter enough!
