The staff was very concerned and got the pet in quickly. The experience was much better than previous vets, with full physical exams and clear treatment options at different price points. Overall, Broadway Veterinary Hospital is a trustworthy and compassionate choice for pet owners.
Dr.Loren is awesome!!! He spent a lot of time with Misty giving her a complete once over. Ran her blood and diagnosed her with hyperthyroidism all in one visit. Definitely recommend.
Our dog was very afraid of a loud dog in the waiting room. She wouldn’t leave the exam room because when she tried it would roar at her. The owner seemed oblivious.
So the vet assistant took a large towel and screened her from view and we walked right out in silence. All care, medical and otherwise, is great at Broadway vet! We will always recommend and go to Broadway vet!
We cannot say enough good things about Broadway Veterinary Hospital and their incredible staff. Our elderly dog had a sudden episode around 4:45 pm, right before closing. Dr. Bjornson and Terri graciously offered to stay open late so we could bring him in, which meant everything to us in that moment.
Unfortunately, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to euthanize him. Throughout the entire process, the team was incredibly empathetic, compassionate, and patient. They gave us the time and space we needed to say goodbye privately, never making us feel rushed.
