Helpful and friendly. They helped me decide on not fixing my old fridge and replacing with a used “refurbished” one from their warehouse. Easy Peasy - delivered and picked up in the same afternoon that I stopped by.
Had an old garage fridge giving me some issues. Decided to just replace with a refurbished fridge from Bob's. Fast delivery of the "new" one, and pickup of my old fridge. Friendly and helpful, and they were honest about not spending their effort and my money to fix my old clunker with a bad compressor.
Went there two times now for dryer parts. As long as you have the correct model number of your dryer or whatever you're working on they can assist you very well. Both Bob and the other gentleman are very knowledgeable in what they do. Will support them again.
