The customer service is unmatched. I was hoping to have someone come out and identify an insect. The secretary had me send pictures and diagnosed the bug on the spot. I was very appreciative on how fast the response was and flexibility to work with me.

I moved into my new house back at the end of July and I discovered I had Wasps and Ground Stinging insects on the property. Bob the Bug Man was able to come out and take care of these for me as well as help treat my property for over 300 different types of insects.I recently discovered that I also had a Yellow Jacket problem and that they were in our dead oak tree. Stacy over at Bob the Bug Man was able to inform me with a lot of helpful information about these pests and how we can treat them. We had a terrible yellowjacket infestation this summer. They came out and sprayed and most of the bees went away, 2 weeks later some bees came back and began to move back in to the nest. They came out again, didn't charge me the 2nd time, and this time the bees are gone completely. Nice job!!
