I had a good overall experience they were fast efficient and owned up to a mistake that they made regarding having items ready on time. I appreciate it how they handled the issue and gave rate service.

I had my husbands custom made pants and a shirt cleaned and done for pick up the next day. We needed them back for a funeral 2 days later. They did an excellent job!! Very pleased with all the personnel involved. Would definitely go back there!!

Stacy at Pilgrim saved the day!! I got a bridesmaids dress tailored at a different shop and they stained it (the day before the wedding!) I brought it to Pilgrim and they were able to get it out and ready for me in under 2 hours before I had to leave out of town for the wedding. Thank you!!!
