Honestly it was very hard to find the clinic, no signs anywhere! Building is shady looking , However once I finally located the place , the Staff was excellent ! This was my very first time doing this for job opportunity. I was very pleased with the explanation of everything going on by the nurse !she was wonderful! I think your staff deserves a cleaner nicer work place !!!

The nurse was good she spoke to me kindly and took me through the procedure with explanations of how it was going to be done and after the procedure she asked me if I felt good and then directed me to the exit

The Doctor and nurse were great! Both were very professional and easy going. The wait time seemed forever, but with urgent care you don’t know. ( They knew I was coming in though).
My biggest complaint is that there is NO BATHROOM in their facility???
I find that outrageous and very strange that they are a Medical facility and to use the bathroom you need to get a key from the front desk.?? It was packed in the waiting room and patients in line to get checked out. You are tired and don’t feel well and now you have to fight to get a key when you just want to go home?????
