Last week I scheduled an appointment for today 8:30am. I wrote it on my calendar while I was on the phone with them, so I know I wrote the correct time. Showed up at 8:29am. Front desk said the appointment was at 8:15am, so I got turned away. Tried to reschedule and they’re booked out until November, so now I’m going to be stuck in a mental breakdown for the rest of the day. I’m autistic, so changing my schedule without my knowledge is extremely disorienting and enraging. I don’t even know if it’s worth trying to schedule an appointment anywhere this year. I can’t take work off for an appointment just to be turned away when I show up.

I called to schedule an appointment for a sore tooth. I arrived before my scheduled time but was waiting for an hour.... Receptionist failed to tell me it was considered an emergency appointment so that's taken as a walk in....???? So why did I schedule when I was to come in?? I left, great dental office for people who can't speak English or don't care about the level of care they wish to receive. You know it's a great location when the doors are locked 24/7 and you have to buzz in. If they aren't at the desk to let you in you gotta wait outside and try again! Boo go somewhere else

If I had the ability to give this place 10 stars out of 5 I would. I have been to this business twice and this place has given me the best experiences of my lifetime by a mile.The first time I went this past May the doctor performed nothing short of a miracle. I didn't even realize how much pain and time that she saved me until six months later - all credit to her.The second time I got in by getting to the business well ahead of opening - the staff was nice enough to come let me wait inside - which is going above and beyond.After a cancellation they were able to see me and did quick and efficient work which not only alleviated the pain I was in - but saved me lots of money had I gone elsewhere.This place sees a ton of people and the staff has always been very helpful and accommodating.You cannot go wrong by trying this place out - I love all of you!

This is the best dental care I have ever received. Fillings are done exceptionally well, and the bedside manner is top-notch. Highly recommend!

Called last week and was told they do walk-in patients in the morning, receptionist told me to come in the morning. Unfortunately I can't speak to the quality of care dispensed here as I can't seem to get to see anyone. I went in Thursday morning at 10:30 or so and was told they only do walk-in until 10. I went back at about 9 Friday morning and it changed to they only had 3 walk-in slots for the day and they were already filled, no adherence to the 10 am time I was told the day before. It seems that the policy changes according to whatever the receptionist decides. If they can't even adhere to their own policy I don't think I want them performing any type of procedure for me. Absolutely and totally unprofessional.

I waited 3 hrs . To been seen , the receptionists are rude , a lady came late and pass her right away. Usted of telling the doctors I been waiting , they have no customer service . A manager should be paying more attention to customer service, it’s 10am and still waiting 7/18/23

Have never been or gone here, and do not plan to. My complaint, as a multi-generational Minnesotan, whom takes great pride in our land & cities & towns, I was appalled driving by as to the state of this dental offices landscape (or lack there of). Please put more time and effort into maintaining your property & hiring the right people to do the job. Dying bushes, grass and rotting vegetation. It does not look good on you or your business. DO BETTER and keep our city clean and beautiful, for Minnesotans.

Everyone in that place was so nice. And Dr Paul is the best. Fast, painless and knows her stuff. If you need a dentist she's the one for you.

Good luck reaching someone on the phone !! Other than that the dr that works there is top notch and amazing with pts. The dental hygienist are too aggressive and rude to pts in my opinion.
