“Typically I do not submit reviews, today however is the exception. Had a long night with our neighbors tree coming down and causing our power to go out. Power company came out and had to disconnect the line because the weather mast was damaged. Ended up calling around right way this morning to find an electrician and was referred to Tom Faber (FaberElectric). Tom called me back after I left a message and was able to come out and fix the issue by 11am. Following this I struggled with getting the power company back out to reconnect their line. Texted Tom and he called and handled that discussion for me too. Power restored by 2pm. In a world where customer service has changed, I can honestly say that any future work needed will go to Tom & Faber Electric. Thank you Tom, I wish nothing but the best for your business.
