“They had to come twice. The first people who came didn't listen to me well and their fix for the problem ended up not lasting. The second person to come named Nick was fantastic and listened. The issue that was previously brushed off ended up being the solution for the main problem. He found an outlet that was melting from the back and saved my family from a likely fire!If the first two that came had investigated the my concern properly then it would have been fixed correctly so they get a 4/5 because Nick was awesome.Services: Electrical outlet & switch repair“
“Jeff ran new switches to our new bath fans this morning. He was respectful and nice to talk with. He cleaned up after and even told us we needed to get more insulation in our attic. “Top notch, highly efficient team. I hired them for new home construction. Be organized and ready for them when they arrive because they work fast! The crew is nice. I had some fussy electrical needs. No complaints, just hard work. They would tell me frequently, we just want you to be happy. Even when they had to move my kitchen island pendants over 2 feet because I made a mistake. Not an easy task in the SIPS vaulted ceiling. They have good suggestions for where you want lights/outlets and why. Very responsive to emails and questions. Highly recommend.“

“I had an outlet fire. Very scary. Fire department said call an electrician before you turn power on again. Called Klein because they’re local to the Rockville/Cold Spring area, they fixed it the same day!I called just before 2pm. They said they’d fit me in so I could restore my power. Their business hours say they close at 4pm but they came right at 4 & got it done for me so I could have power back in my home. Thank you Klein electric! Very professional, efficient & affordable.
