Initially, my experience with Precision Exterior Restorations was positive. They were very communicative and even squeezed me in to get the work finished right before winter. The crew was respectful and hard-working, and the majority of the work was completed very fast. Overall, the service was efficient and the workmanship was well-executed.
The only area of frustration has been the final billing details. It was difficult to get a clear copy of the bill, and I had to ask more than four times to find out the total amount owed. I value transparency and don't like surprises when it comes to costs, so the lack of clarity there was concerning.

Last summer of 2025 Felipe at Precision Exteriors did a phenomenal job on my roof restorations following a hail storm. He was very thorough with information, explaining things as questions came up, and his commitment to customer satisfaction was very visible through every interaction. I knew I was in good hands and he took care of everything every step of the way facilitating the process for me and ensure all my needs were met. I would 100 percent guarantee a positive experience and getting above and beyond what you expected, especially when working hand in hand with Felipe at Precision Exteriors.
Felipe was wonderful working with my insurance company. He not only got me the best insurance coverage, he and his team did a first class job on replacing my roof. 5+ starts. Would highly recommend him!
