I have been to many appointments here and visit the pharmacy frequently. Every person I have encountered is professional, friendly, and compassionate. For a small clinic the staff here is amazing, considering they regularly deal with sensitive and stressful situations. I am so pleased I found this clinic.

The tech I had, Melody, was the best! She explained everything made sure I was comfortable and was ready to answer any questions or concerns I had. I've had some bad experiences with doctors so I tend to not go as often as I am supposed to, or not at all. She made me feel very informed and relaxed. She could not have been any better! Went for a covid test after I woke up with symptoms. The lady on the phone who helped me create my profile beforehand and gave me details was very helpful. The nurse who took my temperature and showed me to my exam room was very nice. I appreciated that the doctor took notice of the book that I was reading and engaged in conversation with me as a fellow human being. Got my results in about 30 hours. My only complaint is that the test does not use the language of positive or negative, instead detected or not detected, and when I called to clarify with a nurse about whether this meant positive or if something was inconclusive and I had to take another test, she spoke to...read full review
