Appointment was at 7am, Checked in 6:30am got a door right away. Within 40 minutes unloaded and got paperwork. There is plenty of room to back up safely. Don't be 30 minutes late for your appointment.
Was forced into a late arrival at this facility. They were quite kind and understanding of the situation. Took the remainder of the load right in had me in and out in under an hour... can't say enough good about these folks.
First time here as of this review. Good first experience. Large lot, easy to maneuver your truck into a door. There’s Parking stalls to wait for a door. Though no overnight. Was told you could arrive two hours before appointment time. Bathrooms and porta potties on siteArrived 0700 for a 0800 pick-up. Checked me in and got me a door. Loaded 12 pallets and finished writing up the paperwork in about 50min.
