Impossible to get med records and it seems like no one ever answers a phone I totally get it but multiple weeks in a row and still nothing from med records? Come on guys

Get your stuff together, our elders can’t be in rooms washing there’s hands n the shower, cause the sink don’t work! Respect our people, especially our elders! i gave two stars cause of the workers that have been there and deal with this BS!!
