“First of all they are all very friendly! Good people.
We had a boiler installed recently and they put it in and it seemed to be running decently but not 100% and we kept getting an error message. Long story short the boiler was defective (not the fault of the installers it happens) and they ended up replacing it. I’m sure it is fairly rare to happen but they kept working on it until they got it right and that’s all that anyone can ask for. They tried to work with our insurance as well which is always a hassle but they did it anyway and some companies won’t even bother to try. They are awesome and I would definitely recommend them.
