Called RWPH for a 50 gal Water heater replacement. Carrie was polite and explained their process to me in layman's English. Said a tech would be out 1st thing in the morning 7:30am. Garrett, the owner showed up personally and went through everything with me. Quoted a good price. I explained I would have to postpone the install for a day or two until I got paid. With a gentleman's handshake we worked it out that I could pay for water heater now, installed and I could pay labor when I got paid. RW Plumbing and Heating did a great job clearing the tub and washer drain in my daughter's house. Gary was super nice, he was quick to arrive and fix the problem. I would highly recommend Red Wing Plumbing and Heating! We have used their services many times over the past few years at our local business and rental properties and they are always quick to take care of whatever issue we may have. Recently we had to replace a toilet within our business and they were there within a day to diagnose the problem and back the next day with a new toilet and had it installed quickly.
