Really good PT experience! A mutual respect and rapport was easily established. Nathan, my PT focused on muscle manipulation that I could not do independently and encouraged me on exercises I could do independently outside of our PT time. If I need home therapy again, I will turn to Hiawatha Homecare.

The nursing care I've received over the past 2 years was incredible. The nursing team worked well with my doctors at the U of M.
They were with me through some of the toughest days of my journey. They not only provided high quality nursing care but also teaching so I can do more independently.
Highly recommend!

Updated review: Since my initial review, I would like to thank Hiawatha for taking concerns seriously, the follow-up by management and the intention this company has made to resolve concerns is appreciated. Healthcare and especially home healthcare is an ongoing issue due to the poor reimbursements authorized by social security recipients for high quality care. This is an area I can now recognize as a systematic concern and must be upsetting and difficult for agencies and recipients alike. The diligence that Hiawatha has offered our situation speaks highly for the care expectations this agency is striving for. I will keep the initial review below for reference... read full review
