Regular adjustments with Dr Brian, along with massage therapy, stretching and core strengthening have helped me manage pain, stay strong and live well. He keeps me hiking, kayaking, and staying healthy for physical work. A practical, no-nonsense effective clinical approach, a fantastic friendly staff and easy payment plans. I was experiencing severe pain in my neck and right arm when I went to Rum River Chiropractor and with the back and neck cracks, I started feeling much better, after a few follow-ups, I'm now up and running and have decided to bring in place home, you guys rock.
