ATT: "CDL DRIVERS" You need a DOT physical??? This is the place. Staff very friendly and professional. Setting up appointment was very convenient unlike other places you have to wait days to have physical done. Thank you for the service desired health chiropractic.

Good place and good people. well respectful/helpful even the receptionist she went behind and help me. a doctor was professional and Amazing I suggested everyone to go there for your medical examination certificate and more. Thanks to a doctor and the receptionist.
