Just a shout out to Ray (Larissa) and Riley doing install of fence. Great to work with them as answered questions, did walk thru explaining everything. They were courteous and professional. Assets to company for sure! Communications with office could have been better. Would say day they were coming and not show up. Could have called to inform us as to why no show. Not due to weather which would be understandable. We are happy with fence.

We absolutely love our privacy fence! We live on the corner of the entrance of our neighborhood, so all the traffic goes by our backyard all day. We wanted a privacy fence and got a few quotes and estimates and Northland was the best - price wise and warranty wise. Maria was our sales consultant and she was super helpful and patient (we’re first time homeowners so there were lots of questions!) She was very efficient with helping get the quote, getting the permit from the city, and finally the install. Larissa & Britnee were our install techs and they were awesome! They were super efficient and professional. Britnee walked me through the options, how the gate works, best way to clean, etc. I would say the total time to get a quote, get city/HOA approval, and get the fence fully installed was about 6 weeks.

Northland Fence was great from start to finish! Their communication is top notch, and their quality delivery at the estimated price met our expectations.The process for our fence started in September and the final pieces were installed in October of 2023. The sales person that came out to measure was very knowledgable and helped us with key decisions to make, design considerations, provided an accurate estimate (did not very much to the final invoice), and prepared us with what to expect for next steps.The scheduling team was super flexible when we had to continue to push our date due to delays with other contractors we were working with and once we needed to get back on the schedule, they were able to accommodate.The two crews that came out to install the fence (the post crew and the panel / finishing crew) were both on time, met with me to explain what would be completed that day, did what they said they were going to do and checked in at completion to remind me of next steps. The fence looks great!All the employees at Northland Fence were helpful and courteous. If they didn't know an answer to a question, they committed to get back to me and they did.I highly recommend Northland Fence.Services: Pool fence installation

There crew were wonderful to work with.The reason I chose Northland was I seen there Company install fences in my neighborhood and they looked fantastic.
