“Angie is an excellent hygienist, who looks beyond the obvious to deeper possible issues. Dr. Milos Tomaides D.D.S. also considered possible concerns for the future. This office has great special plans for affordable dentistry. I will certainly return for more dental maintenance! Two handicap parking spots are directly in front of the building, which speaks to their ethic of meeting the special needs of all people.

Update 06/2026: Closed now on Fridays, as well as Saturdays and Sundays. Changes made special dental cleaning plans, which are less expensive than the blanket VIP plan. (VIP plans still exists for major dental work.)
I switched hygienists to Emma, who does a gentle yet thorough dental cleaning. I’m not sure Dr. Tomaides is still on board. Regardless, all the dentists in this office are great at not upselling unnecessary procedures or products.“

“Our family of 3 has been going to Elk Plaza Dental for over 15 years…I don’t think we would trust anyone else. In fact, our daughter went out of state to college and we thought due to winter and exam due, maybe it would be smarter to find a dental office closer to college for the time being for her. “I’ve gone here majority of my life (I’m a young adult) and have had nothing but great experiences within the past 4 years. The staff are all super nice and my hygienists have been very understanding of my struggles with caring for my teeth, even giving me tips on keeping up with dental hygiene specific to my fatigue, pain and motivation issues. They’re also very transparent about costs and help navigate insurance issues automatically. They’ve been accommodative towards my movement disorder when it was its worst and allow for me to take breaks as often as I need them. Some of the staff share their own experiences struggling with dental care too which really helps you to feel less alone and supported.

I am high risk for cavities and have a lot of them due to medical conditions but have been able to prevent most from progressing with guidance and encouragement. My team is always happy to hear when I’ve been able to add more to my routine and tell me what improvements I’ve had from my changes, while still saying what could improve further if I keep adding more. I’ve only needed 2 fillings which is great since I’ve had many of my cavities for 2-3 years.

I can’t recommend this location more for people that struggle with dental hygiene because it can be hard to find places that are this compassionate oftentimes. I’m sad that I need to transfer care after moving because I’ve felt so understood and cared about here.“
