“I originally booked a service that did not match the hairstyle that I picked and patiently explained to me the difference between the two when I was struggling to understand. I can't recall the nice woman, one of the shop assistants, but she was also patient with me and periodically checked in with me about my comfort with the hair. She also made she I was leaving her chair perfect and that there were no frayed hairs on a single strand! I also appreciate that not only was I asked if I liked it before I left, but because of my hair texture she also made sure to ask that it wasnt too heavy as well! I've only worn box braids so the corn row style I had done is new for me and I'm incredibly happy with it and can't wait to show it off at the concert! I'll definitely be returning to try a new style after I've worn this one out!“
